WestCorp Management Group is currently seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Supervisor responsible for a 263 unit apartment community on the East side of Fort Worth. Qualified candidates will have 5 + years experience in residential property maintenance including solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, heating air conditioning, and carpentry. This person will work well with coworkers, residents and management and is a proven leader. Responsible for budget compliance and communicating effectively with management. HVAC certification required; CPO certification preferred.


Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with some weekends; rotational on-call including nights and weekends.

Community Manager Posted 1/30/2012  

The Community Manager is responsible for the professional management of the apartment community in order to achieve and maintain pre-determined occupancy goals; to achieve maximum cash flow for the owner; to implement Westcorp’s company’s policies and procedures in marketing, leasing, accounting, maintenance, resident relations, and all site level management reporting. The community manager will hire train, motivate, supervise and discipline all on-site personnel. The community manager will directly supervise assistant managers, bookkeepers, leasing personnel, maintenance staff, porters, housekeepers and other staff members that may be hired.

  1. Strong written/verbal skills

     

  2. Ability to work with computers in software, word processing and property management.
